Interactive Art Scenography

Experience Art Fair is an innovative exhibition that confronts artists and buyers.

This accumulated project multiplies references to minimalism, abstraction, and baroque, while approaching the industrial space with a contemporary angle.

More than just an exposure set, this scenography reacts to the place’s movements.

Based on the mathematics principal of recursion, it creates a mise en abyme by a system of repetition and light sequences.

Fluorescent tubes are connected to the active ingredients such as motion sensors: they automatically generate variations in light intensity in a hypostyle room that is totally immersed in artificial light.

The system responds to both artists’ and visitors’ movements, merging the boundaries between the show and the audience.

Thus, light strings constantly renews the visitor’s relationship to the venue, architecture, structure and its thickness, its volume; the space transforms, stretches and dematerializes.
